Eggplant stuffed with meat

1. Add the chopsticks to the front and back of the eggplant and cut the eggplant into circles. Cut off all other circles.
2. Add the eggplant bits to the bowl, greet them and set them aside for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl add the meat, green onion, salt, pepper, and mix everything together.
4. In another bowl we add the eggs, salt, pepper, yogurt, cheese, flour and combine them all well together.
5. Add the meat mixture inside the eggplant ring and dip it first in the flour and then in the egg mixture.
6. Deep fry on both sides until golden brown.
