This chocolate stout cake topped with chocolate peanut butter frosting is so moist and flavorful!
Ingredients
Cake
1 cup butter cubed
1 cup stout beer
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup full-fat sour cream
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups granulated sugar
Frosting
½ cup salted butter room temperature
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup powdered coffee creamer not flavored or vanilla flavored
1 cup creamy peanut butter
7 to 8 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
3 cups powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 pan with nonstick baking spray.
In a medium saucepan, add butter and stout beer. Place over medium heat until the butter is melted. Remove from heat.
