  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create a spice blend.
  4. Sprinkle the spice blend over the shrimp, tossing to ensure each shrimp is thoroughly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not crowded.
  6. Bake the shrimp in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they are pink and opaque, and just cooked through.
  7. Once baked, remove the shrimp from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter.
  8. Garnish the Baked Cajun Shrimp with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
  9. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the shrimp, if desired.
