Easy Strawberry Cake Roll

Preparing the Filling:

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy  cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
2. Carefully unroll the cooled cake and spread the whipped  cream evenly over it, leaving a ½-inch border.
3. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the whipped cream.
4. Roll up the cake again, without the towel. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
