Easy Mexican Casserole Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain the fat.
  3. Mix in beans, tomatoes, onion, taco seasoning, soup, and water. Simmer until combined.
  4. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish. Layer crushed tortilla chips, meat mixture, and half the cheese. Repeat layers.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 mins, until bubbly.
  6. Let sit for 5-10 mins. Top with sour cream and salsa.
