Cucumber salad with Chinese cabbage for weight loss

Put some salt and sugar in a salad bowl and dissolve in the vinegar. Add pepper and stir. Then add the oil and stir well again.
Then peel the cucumber, quarter it lengthways and remove the seeds. Cut into thin slices using a vegetable slicer.
Now roughly dice the tomato. Put the cucumbers and tomatoes in the marinade and leave to marinate at room temperature for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
Next, cut the Chinese cabbage thinly into strips and do not use the last third. Wash and spin dry. Only mix with the other ingredients shortly before serving.

Notes:

Chinese cabbage with other salad dressings often tastes boring – but not this version. It is an inexpensive salad alternative for the winter. Chinese cabbage can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
