4 large eggs
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Coconut Filling:
5 1/3 cups shredded coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup powdered sugar
Icing:
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup milk
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted or whisked to break up lumps
