This Cannoli Snack Cake is so easy and so delicious! It only takes 30 minutes to bake. It’s two layers of chocolate chip cake with cannoli filling!
Ingredients
Cake:
* 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
* 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
* 12 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp
* 3 eggs, room temp
* 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup buttermilk
* 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Cannoli filling:
* 32 oz. Whole Milk Ricotta, dried
* 3/4 cup powder sugar
* 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
* 2 cannoli shells
* Extra mini chocolate chips for topping of cake
