INSTRUCTIONS

 

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees top/bottom heat. Grease your baking pan.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Add the oil and continue stirring for five minutes. Mix the dry ingredients and the spices in a bowl. Add them to the dough with the red wine and continue stirring until the dough is smooth.

Pour it into the baking tin and bake the cake for about 35 minutes. At the end, do a toothpick test and let it cool completely!

Mix the powdered sugar with the red wine to make a thick icing. Spread this over the surface of the Bundt cake and let it run down the sides. You can decorate it with sprinkles or sugar pearls if you like.
