Yogurette cake

INGREDIENTS

For the sponge cake:

3 eggs
125g sugar
1 pinch of salt
100g flour
25g cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2-3 tablespoons milk for watering

For the mascarpone cream:

250g mascarpone
250g curd
200ml whipped cream
50g icing sugar
8 Yogurette
150g fresh strawberries

For decoration:

50g dark chocolate
150ml whipped cream
2-3 Yogurette
a few strawberries
