This fruity and fresh sponge cake roll with strawberries is the perfect cake for summer. Airy sponge cake, a wonderful quark and cream mixture and lots of fresh strawberries make every bite melt in your mouth. Fruity, fresh and incredibly delicious!
INGREDIENTS
For the sponge cake:
3 eggs
125g sugar + 2 tbsp
1 pinch of salt
1 pack vanilla sugar
125g wheat flour type 405
2 teaspoons of baking soda
For the filling:
175g strawberry jam
250g curd
400ml whipped cream
2 packs of cream stiffener
35g icing sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
200g strawberries + 3-4 pieces for decoration
