INGREDIENTS

For the Viennese floor:

4 eggs
175g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 pack vanilla sugar
175g wheat flour type 405
2 teaspoons of baking soda
35g butter
3 tbsp milk

For the cream:

250g mascarpone
200ml whipped cream
40g icing sugar
200g Greek yogurt
2 packs of cream stiffener
Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
275g fresh strawberries

For decoration:

375g fresh strawberries
1/2 pack of cake glaze (+ingredients for preparation according to the package)
Edible flowers of your choice
