INSTRUCTIONS

For the pudding, mix 6-8 tablespoons of milk with 75g sugar and the vanilla pudding powder. Put the remaining milk in a pan and bring to the boil. Stir in the pudding powder, let it simmer for a minute and let the pudding cool completely. To do this, cover the surface with cling film.

step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray (approx. 40x32cm) with baking paper or grease it well.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and vanilla sugar for about 5 minutes until creamy. Add the oil all at once and beat everything for another 5 minutes.

Add the flour, baking powder and milk. Spread the dough thinly on the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.

Let the base cool down.

step 3

Whip the cream with the cream stiffener. Fold it into the cold vanilla pudding and spread the cream on the base.

Step 4

Halve the strawberries and spread them on the cream.

Mix the cake glaze with the sugar in a saucepan. Stir in 250ml cold water and bring to the boil for about 30 seconds. Spread the cake glaze over the strawberries.

Place the cake in the fridge for about 1 hour and then cut it into equal-sized pieces.
