1 pinch of salt
125g cold butter
For the filling:

500ml milk
75g sugar
1 pack vanilla pudding powder
600g sour cream
For covering:

400g fresh mixed berries
1/2 pack cake glaze
1 tablespoon of sugar
125g cold water
