SOFT BREAD ROLLS/BUNS RECIPE

Step 1- Sieve flour, add all the dry ingredients and mix well (sugar, salt, yeast) then make a whole in the middle, pour in oil, mix well until it becomes like crumbs
Step 2- Add in 2 cups of warm water or more in the flour, knead well to make a dough(flour shouldn't be too hard or soft but medium), knead well until the dough stops sticking in your hands
Step 3- Leave to proof for 30 minutes, Grease your pan with butter or oil then start making them in small round like a ball to your baking tray or loaf tin
Step 4- Leave again to proof for 15 minutes, Preheat the oven @ 200°C, when the oven is hot enough, you can put in the baking pan
Wait until golden brown and enjoy
