Knead and let rest:
1. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
2. Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about an hour, or until the dough has doubled in size.
Prepare the pizza:
1. Divide the dough into two parts and roll each part into circles the size of your pan.
2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. To prevent the dough from sticking, you can add a little oil.
Cooking pizza:
1. Place one of the dough circles on the hot pan.
2. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the dough and distribute the grated mozzarella cheese and your favorite ingredients.
Cover and cook:
1. Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil and reduce the heat to medium-low. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown on the bottom and the cheese is melted.
Finish:
1. Once the crust is golden brown, use a large spatula to slide the pizza out of the pan and onto a plate.
2. Repeat the process with the second batch of dough and the remaining ingredients.

1. Cut the pizza into slices and serve hot.
