Procedure
Let’s start this culinary journey by heating the milk in a saucepan, reserving a glass to evenly dissolve the two envelopes of flan.
Once the milk is almost boiling, add the glass with the dissolved flan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. We add the sweet touch with sugar and remove from the heat.
We cover the chosen mold with transparent kitchen film, thus preparing it to receive this masterpiece.
Put enough flan on the bottom of the mold to cover it evenly. Then we place a layer of the delicious biscuits and cover it again with flan, creating successive layers.
Let’s repeat this captivating process until we run out of biscuits and the flan becomes a symphony of irresistible layers.
We cover the creation with foil and let it rest and cool before placing it in the fridge to create the perfect curd.
Once the cake has reached the right temperature, we unmold it, place the mold on a serving tray and carefully remove the foil.
For the final touch, we melt the chocolate in the microwave and delicately coat the cake with it, leaving it to cool elegantly in the fridge before serving.
