How to make coconut and dulce de leche alfajores

Ingredients

to make coconut and dulce de leche alfajores
100g grated coconut
2 eggs
1 cdita of vanilla essence
4 sachets of sweetener or tbsp of mascabo sugar
Dulce de leche without sugar c/n

Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a container. If you need to add more coconut to achieve the right consistency, it is possible to do so, although this is often a challenge.
Form small spheres and flatten them with your hands, place them on a baking tray and place in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes.
Once cooked, spread a layer of dulce de leche (preferably cold so that it has a denser texture) and assemble the alfajorcito.
