- Sugar and Cinnamon Mixture:
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 heaping tsp Cinnamon
- 2 additional tsp Cinnamon (for the egg mixture)
- Egg Mixture:
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 cup 1% Milk
- 3 tsp Vanilla extract
- Drizzle:
- 1 3/4 Tbsp Sugar-Free Syrup (maple flavored works well)
- Icing:
- 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar (a sugar substitute that measures like powdered sugar)
- 1 Tbsp Milk (you can use any type, but 1% is a good option)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
