  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • tbs butter
  • 1/2 c chopped carrots
  • 1/2 c chopped onions
  • 1/2 c frozen peas
  • 2 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • vegetable oil (as needed)
  • 4 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
