Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, we gradually add the egg, the 50 grams of sugar, the tablespoons of cornstarch, the vanilla essence and the milk.
Without stopping stirring, cook over medium heat for about 6 minutes. While it thickens and stir, add sheets of butter. Once the right consistency is reached, pour the cream into another container.
Once the pastry cream has cooled, it’s time to fill the cannons. You just have to transfer it to a casing and proceed with the filling. For both flavors, they can also be filled with dulce de leche.
