Directions:
For the ingredients: Combine the dry and wet ingredients in two separate bowls and then mix.
Pour the dough into a round tin and bake for 25 minutes at 170°.

For the ganache: Mix the cream and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and then add the chocolate.
Finally, add butter and mix. Allow to cool for about 1 hour.
Cover the cake with the ganache and decorate with grated orange peel.
