Low Point Nana’s Berry Bliss Frozen Fruit Salad😋

- Prepare the Fruit: Wash and chop the mixed berries, pineapple, mango, and kiwi as needed. Ensure the fruits are ripe and flavorful for the best taste.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped fruits and chopped mint leaves. If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the fruit for added sweetness. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the fruit mixture and sprinkle with lime zest for a burst of citrus flavor.
- Toss to Combine: Gently toss the fruit salad until all ingredients are well combined and evenly coated with the lime juice and zest. Take care not to crush the delicate berries while mixing.
- Transfer to Freezer Container: Transfer the fruit salad to a freezer-safe container with a lid. Spread the fruit out evenly to ensure it freezes uniformly.
- Freeze: Place the container in the freezer and allow the fruit salad to freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely frozen. Stir the fruit salad occasionally during the freezing process to prevent large ice crystals from forming.
- Serve: Once the fruit salad is frozen, remove it from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to slightly soften. Serve the Berry Bliss Frozen Fruit Salad chilled, either on its own or as a refreshing topping for yogurt, oatmeal, or ice cream.
