  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the burger patties on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, top each burger patty with a slice of reduced-fat cheddar cheese and allow it to melt slightly.
  6. Once the burger patties are cooked through and the cheese is melted, remove them from the grill and set aside.
  7. To assemble the wraps, place a whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface. Place a grilled burger patty in the center of the tortilla.
  8. Top the burger patty with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, diced onions, and dill pickle slices.
  9. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of ketchup and 1 tablespoon of mustard over the toppings.
  10. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
  11. Repeat the assembly process with the remaining tortillas and burger patties.
  12. Serve the WW Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps warm, either whole or sliced in half for easier handling.
