- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the burger patties on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each burger patty with a slice of reduced-fat cheddar cheese and allow it to melt slightly.
- Once the burger patties are cooked through and the cheese is melted, remove them from the grill and set aside.
- To assemble the wraps, place a whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface. Place a grilled burger patty in the center of the tortilla.
- Top the burger patty with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, diced onions, and dill pickle slices.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of ketchup and 1 tablespoon of mustard over the toppings.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
- Repeat the assembly process with the remaining tortillas and burger patties.
- Serve the WW Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps warm, either whole or sliced in half for easier handling.
