Delicious bread for breakfast, super easy to prepare

Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix warm water, yeast and sugar. Stir well and let it rest for 10 minutes until the yeast is activated and bubbles form.
Add the vegetable oil and warm milk to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.
Sift the 5 cups of flour into another container and then gradually add it to the liquid mixture, stirring constantly, until you get a homogeneous dough. If the dough is very sticky, add a little more flour (about 30-50 grams) until you get a smooth and manageable consistency.
Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rest in a warm place for at least 45 minutes or until it has doubled in volume.
Once the dough has risen, sprinkle your work surface with flour and place the dough on it. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and form each into balls.
Divide the butter into 8 parts and place each portion onto 8 dough balls. Don’t worry about perfect shapes, the rusticity is part of the charm of this bread.
Work the dough with your hands and make sure the butter is well distributed between the balls.
Heat a cast iron skillet or other nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Place the dough balls in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Use a toothpick to release air from the dough as it bakes.
Once the rolls are done, remove them from the pan and let them cool slightly on a rack.
