How to prepare croissants with vanilla sauce

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the warm milk, fresh brewer’s yeast, egg, sugar and pumpkin seed oil and stir with whisk 1.

Advice

You can replace the vanilla pudding with hazelnut cream or the jam of your choice. You can also add them after cooking with the help of a piping bag.

Storage

You can store the cream croissants under a glass dome or in a paper food bag for a day, but it is advisable to eat them after preparation to enjoy them at their best.
