The no-bake coconut chocolate bun is a simple and delicious dessert: a cold variant of the classic chocolate bun, ideal when we want to prepare a delicious dessert without turning on the oven. In this version we have made the base with crumbled dry cocoa biscuits mixed with milk, melted butter, cocoa powder and sugar. Then the base must rest in the fridge for half an hour before filling it with hazelnut cream and a cream based on mascarpone, Greek yogurt, icing sugar and coconut grains.
