INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

400 ml of cream 20% mm
4-5 spoons of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
250 g of fresh cream

350 ml of carbonated water
70-100 g of chocolate of your choice
250-315 g of biscuit

250 ml of juice
200-250 g of fruit (optional)
300 g of banana (1 large banana or 2 small bananas)
1 scoop of spray plasma
