  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Using a brush or your hands, evenly coat each chicken thigh with the paprika marinade.
  4. Roast the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Serve the paprika roasted chicken thighs with your favorite side dishes or enjoy them on their own.
