Ingredients:
For Dough:
2 eggs
80 g of sugar
A pinch of salt
200 g cream
180 g of flour
1 teaspoon (7 g) baking powder
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
For the filling:
450 g cottage cheese
3 eggs
70-100 g of sugar
Vanilla essence or vanilla sugar, to taste
2 tablespoons semolina

Method of preparation:
Preparation of the Dough:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar using a mixer until foamy.
Add the cream and mix well.
