- 1 1/2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or preferred sweetener)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
For the Graham Cracker Crust Layer:
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 8 sheets)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
For the Topping:
- Fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
