Paneer Tikka Open Sandwich

To make chutney, take a mixer jar
Add some small besan sev
Add salt as per taste and curn it
Then add some coriander along with stems
Add 2 chopped green chillies
Add some mint leaves (pudina)
Add 1/2 lime juice
Add some water and grind to make green chutney
Transfer it in a bowl
Now take a mixing bowl to marinate paneer
Add paneer cut into small cubes
Mix 1/2 tbs curd (dahi) with some tikka masala
Add it in the bowl
Add salt as per taste
Add some kasuri methi
Add some crushed black pepper
Mix everything well to coat paneer
Take some bread slices
(preferably use bigger slices)
Apply butter on both the sides
Apply green chutney
Place 4 marinated paneer cubes on it
Place a piece of chopped onion on one side of paneer and chopped capsicum on the other
Add some grated cheese on each paneer cube
Further to grill sandwiches, heat up the pan
Keep it on medium heat
Place sandwich on it
Cover the lid
Cook on slow to medium heat until cheese melts and your sandwich turns golden-brown from base
(to grill in griller / oven, keep the sandwiches in pre heated oven center shelf and grill them at 200⁰ for 10 min)
Then sprinkle some red chilli powder on it
Cut it into squares
Take all pieces on serving plate
Top with some green chutney and a coriander leave
