egg white wraps

Recipe:
1 cup of egg whites
2 TBSPs of unflavored protein powder or 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum ( i used this)
Instructions: combine your 2 ingredients and mix well. Add a dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder (optional)
Coat your pan in butter or olive oil well. Add some of the egg mixture, swirl your pan to get it evenly coated with the egg mixture. Cook on each side for about 1-2 minutes.
You don’t really need to flip it though, I found it cooks through just fine but totally up to you. Grab a plate and flip pan upside down over plate carefully to get wrap out. (Or whatever method works for you)
That’s it! I’ve found egg white wraps are the best noodle replacement! Cut it into thin strips and you got some fettuccine 🙂 if you’re making this for noodle replacement make some wraps with the yolks too, I find it is closer to a real noodle.
