Cucumbers with a BANG! (WW Friendly

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber – 1 large, sliced into rounds
  • Red pepper flakes – 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Rice vinegar – 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce (low-sodium) – 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions – 1, sliced thinly (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the cucumber: Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Place the slices in a bowl.
  2. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the red pepper flakes, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder.
  3. Combine: Pour the dressing over the cucumber slices and toss to coat evenly.
