To whoever suggested to use greek yogourt when making sugar free jello, Thank you! This is so so good!! Perfect 0 point dessert .
Ingredients:
- 1 package (0.3 ounces) of sugar-free Jello (any flavor of your choice)
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar-free Jello powder in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water to the Jello mixture and stir until well combined.
- Allow the Jello mixture to cool slightly, but not set completely.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the plain non-fat Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly pour the Jello mixture into the Greek yogurt, whisking continuously to combine.
- Continue whisking until the Jello mixture is fully incorporated into the Greek yogurt, creating a smooth and creamy texture.
- Once combined, pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large serving dish.
- Refrigerate the Jello with Greek yogurt mixture for at least 4 hours, or until set firm.
- Once set, serve the Sugar-Free Jello with Greek Yogurt chilled and enjoy the creamy goodness of this delightful dessert.
