12 ounces of Ritz crackers (can also use saltines)
3/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons chili flakes
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
Instructions:
1. Place the crackers in a resealable plastic bag or a container with a lid.
2. Pour the olive oil over the crackers. Follow with spices.
3. Seal the bag or container and gently toss or shake to coat the crackers evenly with the mixture.
4. Allow the crackers to marinate overnight, shaking or tossing occasionally to ensure even coating.
