Strawberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing just until combined.
6. Fold in chopped strawberries and jam.
7. Pour batter into prepared pan.
8. Bake for 70-80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
