Required:

1.5 kg of minced pork or mixed minced meat
1 egg
3 thick slices of stale bread
3 pickles
2 onions
5-10 dag of dry bacon or pancetta
vegetables
salt
pepper
3 teaspoons of sweet red ground pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
In addition:
5-6 boiled eggs (for filling)

Preparation:

Fry chopped onion and dry bacon in a little oil.
In a large bowl, mix minced meat, 1 egg, bread soaked in milk and drained by hand, finely sliced ​​cucumbers, fried onions and bacon, parsley and spices. Mix everything well with your hands until the mass is uniform.
