ascarpone and strawberry cake: the recipe for the creamy and fragrant dessert

The mascarpone and strawberry cake is a creamy and fragrant dessert that is very simple to prepare, ideal to enjoy when the beautiful days arrive: it is made with very little flour , without yeast and with mascarpone replacing the butter . A super soft cake perfect for breakfast and a snack for the whole family or to serve as a delicious dessert at the end of the meal.

To make it, our Melissa Dolci whipped the eggs with the sugar , before adding the mascarpone , the flour , the lemon zest , the vanilla seeds and the chopped strawberries : the result will be a soft and frothy mixture. Then simply pour the mixture into the mold lined with baking paper and bake the mascarpone and strawberry cake in the oven for about 40 minutes , ready to serve simply sprinkled with icing sugar .

Our cake is made with two ingredients widely used in the preparation of desserts and more: there are in fact many recipes with strawberries and mascarpone that you can try, ideal for all occasions.
