Nan's Apple Sauce

These are the measurements I use to make a batch, however you can adjust it as you need.

2 medium-sized apples will make around 1 1/2 cups of apple sauce.

You will need 1/4 tsp spices for every 2 apples.

You can use lemon juice or lime juice.

If you don't have a food processor you can use a stick blender or mash them by hand, however mashing by hand won't result in as smooth a sauce, but it will taste great all the same.
