Pumpkin Pie Crisp

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
Pour the filling into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the diced butter and use your fingers to blend the butter into the dry ingredients until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the pumpkin filling.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until the topping is golden and the filling is set.
Let cool before serving.
