Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray or dust with cornmeal.
Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan. Simmer while making the dough. For thicker consistency, add 1 Tbsp. flour.
Dough: In a stand mixer with a dough hook, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let yeast proof for 5 minutes. Add flour and salt; mix until dough forms a ball and is smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out into a large circle about 10-12 inches. For thinner crust, divide the dough in half. Press dough from center to edges, making crust thicker. Transfer to prepared pizza pan.
Spread Alfredo sauce on dough. Top with half the cheese, then chicken, bacon, and onion. Add remaining cheese. Brush crust edges with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is lightly golden and cheese is bubbly.
