  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • Spread the ground beef evenly in a 9×13 pan.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until the ground beef is thoroughly cooked. Break it into crumbles during the cooking process.
  3. Prepare Big Mac Sauce:
    • While the ground beef is cooking, mix together the mayo, sweet relish, mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined. Place the sauce in the refrigerator to chill.
  4. Prepare the Sliders:
    • Slice the Sweet Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
    • Spread a layer of the Big Mac Sauce on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Assemble the Sliders:
    • Once the ground beef is done, take it out of the oven and drain any excess fat.
    • Place the cooked ground beef evenly over the sauced bottom half of the rolls.
    • Add slices of your preferred cheese over the ground beef.
  6. Top and Bake:
    • Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese to create sliders.
    • Melt a small amount of butter and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
    • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the buttered rolls.
  7. Finish Baking:
    • Bake the assembled sliders in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown, and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
