For dough:
3 eggs
90 g (6 tbsp) sugar
A pinch of salt
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
90 g (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Baking tin 28x18cm
In the preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) 20 minutes bake
For cream:
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
150 g (3/5 cup) milk
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
