Cinnamon rolls with cotton dough like clouds

Ingredients 

Tablespoon of instant yeast
One and a half cups of warm milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
Teaspoon of vinegar

1/4 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of oil with a tablespoon of melted butter
Half a teaspoon of vanilla
The white of an egg just adds tenderness.
5 cups of white flour
Teaspoon of baking powder
Half a tablespoon of salt.

Filling components 
Cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of white sugar
Half a tablespoon of starch.
Mix the ingredients and set aside.

Ingredients for white sauce

A cup but a quarter of powdered sugar
Cup but a quarter Milk powder
6 triangle cheeses
