How to make Chocolate Banana Mousse:
Pour 2 egg yolks over 2 bananas and mash them.
Add sugar, flour, starch and milk.
Cook the mixture over medium heat until it begins to thicken. Add chocolate and cream.
Pour into glasses. Cool for 2 hours.
Crumble cocoa cookies and sprinkle over banana mousse.
Serve and enjoy!
