Homemade Neapolitan recipe

In a bowl, break 4 eggs, add 200 g of sugar and mix

Then add 200 g of melted butter

Finally add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and 250g of flour.

Pour 1/3 of the preparation into a bowl, then add the cocoa powder and mix

Cook the three preparations separately for 15 minutes at 180° (same size mold)

Then make the ganache by mixing 150 g of chocolate pieces with the hot cream.

Then spread the first cake with a layer of ganache, place the second slice of chocolate cake on top and repeat the operation, finishing with the third slice

Leave to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge

Make the icing by gradually mixing water with the icing sugar (very little water!! drop by drop) then distribute it over the top of the cake
