Prep Ginger and Fruit: Peel and dice the fresh ginger, pineapple, and lime.
Juicing: Use a juicer to extract the juices of ginger, pineapple, and lime. If a juicer is unavailable, blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any remaining fruit and ginger particles.
