1. Simply make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and put it in the fridge for about 50 minutes.
2. Then mix the quark, eggs and sugar by hand in the mixing bowl for the topping. Mix the pudding powder, oil and sour cream together and add to the quark mixture.
3. After the resting time, roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a greased 26mm springform pan with it.
Then put the quark mixture on top, the mixture is very liquid when poured in, but will later solidify during baking, and distribute the tangerines on top.
4. Now bake at 180 °C for approx. 50 – 60 minutes.
Let the cake cool and cover with cake icing.
